Role Overview

Kearys Motor Group is looking for top calibre candidates to join its winning team. We are currently seeking to recruit a Parts Manager to join our dynamic, growing team based in Kearys Renault Midleton

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and agree Parts Department Plans and Budgets to achieve sales and financial targets.
  • Create annual sales and operating plans, covering long, medium and short-term objectives, to achieve agreed financial, market, productivity and resource control targets including: (i) assess market potential and revenue forecasts and (ii) develop operating expense, capital budgets and profit improvement targets.
  • Establish and agree the organisation and staffing for the Parts Department to ensure the efficient achievement of objectives.
  • Create control systems for all departmental resources; material, financial and personnel - and monitor continuously all factors affecting the achievement of plans.
  • Assess trends in all key indicators, agree corrective action and implement in a timely manner.
  • Create, agree and implement sales, merchandising, advertising and sales promotion plans to support the achievement of Parts Department Plans and Budgets.
  • Utilise monthly management accounts system to monitor and control department productivity and profitability.
  • To ensure efficient and timely operation of administrative systems and operating procedures, including stock orders, invoices, stock control etc

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of previous experience within a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full, clean driving licence
