Parts and Service Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
· Must be customer service focused and have the ability to establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, technicians, management, and coworkers.
· Assist customers and technicians with the ordering of correct parts for their needs and application.
· Check inventory availability, place parts orders if necessary, and obtain price quotes from catalogues and suppliers.
· Correctly receive parts orders including all required paperwork and customer follow up.
· Able to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
· Maintain strong communication with techs in the shop as well as the customer throughout repair order process.
· Provide complete and accurate cost estimates of repair orders to customers for confirmation before work is continued.
· Monitoring the repair work to make sure the unit will be ready when promised and contacting the customer if delays are expected.
· Promptly submitting and following up on warranty claims and paperwork with the suppliers.
· Detail oriented to ensure all required paperwork is accurately completed in a timely manner.
· Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude and always show professionalism in conduct and appearance.
· May operate forklifts, loaders, or other equipment to load, unload, and store inventory as well as trailers.
· Willingness to cross train in other departments to assist in the smooth flow of everyday business to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
· Knowledge and experience with trailer and lawn and garden parts and service an asset.
· Strong time management and well organized without needing to be micromanaged.
· High school diploma or the equivalent.
· Consistently demonstrates exceptional customer service and communication skills (both written & verbal).
· Ability to continuously learn and assist in multiple areas of the business.
· Be available to work a rotating Saturday shift.
· Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs efficiently.

Physical Demands
· Ability to withstand prolonged periods of computer usage and sitting at a parts counter.
· Capability to work in various working conditions both indoors and outdoors, including but not limited to heat and/or cold, and rain/snow on occasion.
· Ability to kneel, bend, lift, and/or reach above the shoulders.
· Able to lift 50 pounds without assistance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Additional pay:
- Overtime pay

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- parts management: 1 year (preferred)
