Maple Lane is a full-line agricultural dealership dedicated to serving fanners with reliable equipment and practical solutions. We are looking for a Parts Specialist who is dependable, courteous, and enjoys helping customers keep their equipment running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, and works well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner-both in person and by phone
  • Listen carefully to customer needs and provide accurate, practical solutions
  • Identify, locate, and deliver the correct parts efficiently and thoroughly
  • Ask clarifying questions when necessary to ensure accuracy
  • Collaborate effectively with the parts and service teams
  • Handle daily sales transactions responsibly and professionally
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and steady approach

Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluent in English
  • Basic understanding of mechanical or technical terms
  • Ability to resolve customer concerns patiently and professionally
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Respectful and courteous toward coworkers and customers
  • Well-organized with keen attention to detail
  • Willing to work 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
  • Willing to work rotating Saturdays
  • Agricultural or mechanical experience is a plus

Job Details

  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Pay: $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience
  • Schedule: Day shift, rotating Saturdays
  • Work Location: In person
