Master Fleet is looking for a Parts Support Specialist to join our dynamic operation, supporting our technicians and customers by sourcing, ordering, and managing the parts that power our work.

This is more than a parts desk—it’s a key role in helping our shops and field techs stay efficient and ready for anything.

What You’ll Do:

• Process and manage parts orders for technicians
• Communicate with internal teams and external customers about order statuses
• Source, procure, and order parts for repairs, accessories, and upgrades
• Organize and maintain parts inventory and storage areas
• Ensure technicians have the right parts for every job
• Track and follow up on orders, backorders, and shipment issues
• Keep the parts area clean, orderly, and well-stocked

What You Bring to the Table:

• At least 2 years of experience in parts, inventory, or related work
• 1 year of customer service experience (you’re good with people!)
• Familiarity with sourcing and purchasing tasks
• Comfortable with data entry and using inventory systems
• Solid organizational skills and laser-sharp attention to detail
• A team-player mindset who can also work independently
• Knowledge of semi-tractor preventative maintenance? That’s a big plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
