Looking for a role where parts, people and practical problem-solving come together? We’re looking for a customer-focused Parts Technician / Branch Support team member to be at the heart of our Parndana Branch. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers find the right parts, keeping things organised, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy agricultural branch.

The Opportunity

Parts will be the core focus of this role. You’ll support customers with parts enquiries, help order, receive and organise stock, and work closely with our Service Technicians to ensure they have what they need to keep jobs moving. Alongside this, you’ll act as a key point of contact for general branch enquiries, help coordinate service bookings, and keep the branch presentable, welcoming and running smoothly.

The Parndana Branch forms part of our regional branch network, grouped with Oakbank and Murray Bridge. In this role, you’ll report to our Regional Parts Manager based in Murray Bridge and work in close collaboration with the main regional parts team to support our customers on the Island.

What You’ll Be Doing

Support customers with parts enquiries, parts identification and practical product advice
Order, receive, organise and maintain parts stock to support customers, technicians and workshop requirements
Work closely with the regional parts team in Murray Bridge to source parts, manage customer needs and keep work moving efficiently
Assist with stock control, merchandising, consumables ordering and branch presentation
Act as a key point of contact for the Parndana Branch, supporting customers with general enquiries
Schedule and coordinate Service Technician bookings, workshop jobs and customer follow-ups
Raise and manage Repair Orders, invoices, records and service documentation
Keep the branch clean, organised, well-presented and welcoming for customers and visitors

What We’re Looking For

Experience in parts interpreting, parts sales, service support or a workshop environment would be highly regarded
Strong customer service experience and confidence helping customers with a wide range of enquiries
A highly organised person who enjoys coordinating, prioritising and juggling multiple responsibilities
Someone local, or connected to the island community, who understands the importance of strong customer relationships
An understanding of the agricultural industry and the needs of local farming customers
A practical, proactive approach with strong attention to detail
A team-minded person who is happy to support wherever needed in a small, connected branch
Availability to work Saturday mornings during peak seasons.
