Parts / Service Co-ordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced and diligent Parts/Service Co-ordinator to join our team based in Drumkeen Co Donegal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Service Manager
• Creating Job cards
• Liasing with Parts / service colleagues and Technicians to ensure correct parts are ordered for jobs
• Reviewing and maintaining base stock levels
• Maintaining the organisation of the stores room and following the stock control procedures
• Carrying out of periodic stock takes
• Booking in and selling parts
• Accurate processing of information into the companies Dealer management system
• Invoicing customers
• Assist colleagues in the Parts / Service department to achieve sales and financial targets

Key Qualities of Desirable Candidate

• Previous experience within a similar Parts or stock controller role
• Previous experience of stock control systems
• Knowledge of vehicle parts
• Previous Customer Service Experience
• Good Communication Skills
• Full clean Driving License

Salary negotiable depending on experience

Pay: €30,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
