Job Title: Memory Maker

Job Description:

As a Memory Maker you’re the ultimate hype person and host of our glow lit paint splashing fun You’ll welcome guests, get them excited to suit up, show them how to splash, fling, and create their glowing masterpieces, and keep the energy high from start to finish.

You’ll help guide families, friends, and party groups through the experience, making sure everyone feels comfortable, safe, and ready to have a blast. Strong customer service skills, great time management, and teamwork are must haves as you keep sessions flowing smoothly and the fun nonstop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Check-In: Greet customers warmly upon arrival and facilitate a smooth check-in process using the daily manifest.
• Time Management: Oversee the schedule for bookings and parties to ensure all events run on time and meet customer expectations.
• Customer Assistance: Be available to answer questions and assist guests with equipment and maintaining cleanliness.
• Team Coordination: Communicate regularly with team members about the day’s bookings, any changes in schedule, and guest needs.
• Customer Inquiries: Answer phone calls promptly and provide information regarding bookings, services, and policies.
• Supply Management: Ensure that all necessary supplies are stocked and ready for the day’s activities.
• Cash Transactions: Manage cash transactions accurately and balance cash at the end of each event.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
