In this role, you’ll ensure precise alignments for passenger vehicles and light trucks, continuing a legacy of dependable service.. This role requires mechanical knowledge, experience with power tools, and the ability to work safely in a dynamic environment. The Alignment Technician will play a vital role in ensuring optimal performance across our facilities and projects, supporting operational efficiency and safety standards.

Duties

• Perform accurate wheel alignments on passenger and light trucks
• Diagnose steering, suspension, and alignment concerns, offering expert solutions
• Maintain safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards
• Communicate effectively with customers on their vehicle needs
• Keep a clean, organized workspace
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities

Experience

• Experience with wheel alignment and suspension systems for passenger and light trucks. Certification or technical training preferred
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer service principles to effectively communicate with team members and clients
• Experience working with power tools, hand tools, and maintenance procedures in industrial environments
• Previous roles involving heavy lifting, troubleshooting, or mechanic work will be considered a strong asset
