Pasta Sales Ambassador

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Sales Ambassador to promote our products to local businesses that sell or utilize pasta products. This role is perfect for someone outgoing, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to a growing company with ample opportunities for advancement and diverse job responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: You will identify and engage with potential local businesses within a defined territory that can benefit from our pasta, gnocchi, and ravioli products.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular in-person meetings and follow-ups.
• Product Promotion: Present and deliver samples of our products, showcasing their quality and versatility to potential customers.
• Collaborative Solutions: Together we will work closely with prospects to understand their needs and demonstrate how our products can enhance their offerings.
• CRM Management: Accurately track all interactions, sales activities, and client information using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Travel: Utilize personal transportation to visit clients and prospects, and work from our facility as needed.

Qualifications:

• Personality Traits: Outgoing, personable, and articulate with excellent communication skills.
• Self-Motivation: Highly self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable using technology and CRM software to track and manage sales activities.
• Experience: Previous sales or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• Reliability: Demonstrates competence, reliability, and accountability in all aspects of work.
