Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our Northwest Las Vegas team. This is a full-time, in-person position that supports patients throughout their visit — from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and enjoys working in a busy, team-based healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist patients with inquiries
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently
• Verify insurance information and process payments accurately
• Maintain and update patient records and documentation
• Coordinate outpatient procedures and follow-up visits
• Assist with front office administrative duties as needed
• Help ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a medical, dental, or optical office setting
• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

• Saturdays (8 a.m. - 1 p.m.) are required for all staff
• Closed on major holidays

Experience:

• Customer service: 2+ years (Preferred)
• Optical/ Ophthalmology: 1+year (Preferred)
• Sales: 1+ year (Preferred)
