Greet and assist patients during visits in a courteous and professional manner Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Coordinate between doctors, nurses, and other departments for patient care Maintain and update patient records accurately Explain treatment plans, procedures, and billing details to patients Handle patient queries, concerns, and follow-ups effectively Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and confidentiality norms Support billing and insurance documentation if required
