The Role:

As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you’ll be the welcoming face and voice of our clinic. You’ll help make our patients feel at ease and keep everything running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:

- Welcoming patients with warmth and care.

- Answering the phone with a welcoming voice.

- Scheduling appointments and managing patient records.

- Health insurance billing.

- Keeping the clinic clean, stocked, organized and professional looking at all times.

- Supporting practitioners with their schedules.

- Working with the admin team to keep everything running like clockwork.

- Experience with Jane software is a plus!

Pay: From $20 per hour | Hours: 20 (part-time) -40 per week (full-time)

We are looking for an addition to the team that is flexible with working a variety of shifts including 7:30-2:30, 2-9 as well as a rotation of weekends. Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
