We are expanding our dynamic team and are seeking a motivated, professional, Patient Liaison Officer / Nurse Lead to play a key role in delivering outstanding patient experiences.

Role Overview

This role combines clinical leadership with patient care coordination. You’ll act as the key point of contact for patients—ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey while also leading and mentoring the nursing team to maintain the highest standards of care and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between patients and the clinical team, ensuring clear communication and continuity of care.
• Oversee and support the nursing team in daily clinical operation
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance, infection control
• Manage patient feedback and continuously improve service delivery.
• Support training and professional development within the nursing team.
• Assist in developing and implementing clinical protocols and best practices.
• Foster a compassionate, patient-first culture across all touchpoints.

About You

• Registered Nurse
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical,or healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
• Empathetic, proactive, and committed to patient care excellence.
• Previous experience in a private healthcare setting desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €45,000.00-€60,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Cork, CO. Cork: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
