Patient Service Rep -Front Office

Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner for our medical practice as well as our Restoration Spa
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquiries
- Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary co-pays or payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality

```Requirements```
- Previous experience working in a medical office or as a front desk receptionist, minimum 1 year
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
