The Vision Centers is a growing, full-service optical and eye care practice with multiple locations throughout Las Vegas. Our team is dedicated to providing outstanding patient care through advanced technology, expert service, and a friendly, professional environment.

We are currently seeking a full-time Treatment Coordinator to join our Northwest Las Vegas team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with medical, dental, or optical office experience who enjoys working with people, managing details, and contributing to a supportive team.

Position Summary

As a Treatment Coordinator, you’ll help patients understand their treatment options, insurance coverage, and financial responsibilities. You’ll play a key role in scheduling, patient communication, and administrative coordination to ensure each patient receives the highest level of care.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients in-person and over the phone
  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments
  • Explain treatment plans, procedures, and financial details clearly
  • Verify insurance benefits and assist with billing or payment questions
  • Process payments and maintain accurate patient and financial records
  • Ensure all patient information complies with HIPAA standards
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff for smooth office operations
  • Respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and compassion

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 1+ year of experience in a medical, dental, or optical office (preferred)
  • Knowledge of insurance verification and patient coordination (preferred)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using scheduling systems and office software
  • Reliable, professional, and able to multitask in a busy environment
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented work style

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday - Friday
  • Saturdays ( 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.) are required for all staff
  • Closed on major holidays

Experience:

  • Customer service: 2+ years (Preferred)
  • Optical/ Ophthalmology: 1+year (Preferred)
  • Sales: 1+ year (Preferred)
