These solutions are based on extensive engineering expertise, technology and systems that ensure the highest standards of quality, occupational health, safety and environmental management.

Our Head Office is based on the Central Coast, New South Wales with additional depots located in Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Townsville, Perth and Hobart. We have been operating for over 40 years and employ over 250 people.

About the role

As a national role, reporting to our Executive General Manager and as part of the Senior Management Team, you will have a well rounded knowledge of pavement construction and rehabilitation with a preference for previous experience in asphalt or granular paver laid operations. Qualifications in support of your management, engineering, project management will be viewed favourably.

Duties

Preparation of quotes and tenders for related works
Full P&L responsibility
Contract Management
Liaising with Operations Supervisors in regards to the scheduling of upcoming projects
Manage invoicing, reporting, budgeting and revising monthly job costs
Full Project Management of projects
Business Development for the Pavement Recycling business unit
A demonstrated knowledge and application of WHS and environmental legislation is essential along with a genuine commitment to a safe and productive work environment
People leadership and team management

Skills & Experience

Suitable experience in a similar management role
Demonstrated knowledge of civil construction with an exposure to pavement rehabilitation including stabilisation rehabilitation practice
Exceptional track record of management and leadership expertise
Demonstrated Project Management expertise
As a national role, travel will be required at times in the performance of position duties including client relationships, business development and project management
