Payment Analyst

Your opportunity:

As our valued Payments Analyst, you will play a vital role in monitoring accurate and timely processing of TPGT customer payments. Maintaining payment integrity across all relevant systems. You’ll draw on your experience to support changes to business processes and improvement initiatives that impact payments and the payment journey.

You'll make impact by:

• 
  Perform reconciliations and quality checks to maintain end-to-end payment integrity

• 
  Manage day-to-day payment operations, ensuring accuracy and delivery within SLAs

• 
  Investigate and resolve payment issues, discrepancies, and customer enquiries

• 
  Produce regular reporting and insights to support business operations

• 
  Support system changes, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives across payments

What you’ll bring

• 
  Experience in payments, banking or accounting

• 
  Proficiency in Excel with the ability to interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a high level of accuracy

• 
  Sound verbal and written communication skills

• 
  Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
