Join our Treasury Payments Team as a Payments Administrator, reporting to the Treasury Supervisor. This role will be based in Dublin and will be offered on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract basis. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

What you can expect

  • You will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely payments are made from our Client Asset and Pension Payments Accounts, working as part of a supportive team with a strong focus on control, quality and service.
  • We’re looking for someone with a proactive, flexible, “can-do” approach and excellent attention to detail, who is comfortable working to daily deadlines in a regulated environment.

We will rely on you to

  • Issue payments in line with company guidelines, control procedures, and regulatory client asset requirements (client assets and pension payments).
  • Ensure payments and investments made on behalf of clients are completed accurately and on time, in line with agreed service levels.
  • Work effectively to strict daily deadlines.
  • Maintain compliance with internal audit procedures and controls.
  • Investigate and resolve queries promptly and professionally.
  • Support the team with other ad hoc duties as required.

  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work well as part of a team
  • Good standard of Education.
