Job Description :-
- Handle monthly payroll processing including attendance validation, leave data, deductions, overtime, etc.
- Maintain and update employee records related to salary, attendance, and personal details.
- Assist in calculating salary components, reimbursements, incentives, and arrears.
- Support in filing and managing statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS (basic understanding acceptable).
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for resolving payroll discrepancies.
- Prepare and share salary sheets, MIS reports, and payslips.
- Address employee queries related to payroll, attendance, deductions, etc.
- Ensure payroll activities are completed accurately and on time every month.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll data.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
