As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Payroll & HR Coordinator to support our operations in Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Switzerland. If you have a passion for payroll administration, compliance, and employee support, this is your opportunity to play a key role in our HR function.

As a Payroll & HR Coordinator, you will help managing payroll processes and ensuring HR compliance across multiple countries. You will work closely with payroll providers, managers, and employees to deliver smooth and efficient payroll operations.


For Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands and Switzerland:

  • Calculate all the payroll components to communicate to our Payroll suppliers and process them in line with each country’s legislation.

  • These payroll components include: monthly salary, bonus, benefits in kind, meal vouchers etc.

  • Give guidance to our managers for fulfilling their HR administrative duties and ensuring compliance with HR regulations in each country.

  • Prepare and process terminations in all territories.

  • Prepare reporting for accounting in line with their needs.

  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure the accuracy of payroll-related information.

  • Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll and HR-related questions.

  • Take charge of the administrative request like parental leave, congé sportif, special cases etc.

Your Profile:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Payroll Consultant, Payroll Coordinator or a similar position.

  • A proven track record in payroll coordination it at least 2 of the 4 countries (Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland)

  • Excellent communication skills in French and English, both oral and written.

  • Ability to manage complex cases.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
