- Lead and inspire a team of 11 payroll professionals, fostering their development and well-being while embodying our company values.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end payroll process, including timekeeping and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Drive the optimization of our payroll processes, leveraging our ServiceNow ticketing system and other technologies to enhance service delivery and user experience.
- Collaborate effectively with Finance, IT, and external service providers to ensure seamless integration and alignment of payroll processes.
- Performance management following up on our KPIs for both payroll quality and service deliveries in ServiceNow.
- Manage audits and compliance checks, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Extensive experience within payroll, time and benefits administration – preferably from an international setting.
- Proven leadership experience managing a larger, virtual team.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to set the direction and lead with empathy.
- Hands-on experience with both in-house and outsourced payroll.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects related to payroll processes and systems, with a track record of optimizing and digitalizing processes.
- Strong focus on stakeholder management and the ability to interact confidently at all organizational levels.
- Ability to navigate a complex environment.
- Experience with SuccessFactors and ServiceNow is a big advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
