What You’ll Do:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate sensory, motor, and cognitive development.
• Create personalized treatment plans to help children gain independence.
• Use play-based interventions to develop fine motor, self-care, and social skills.
• Collaborate with families to support progress at home and in daily activities.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

What we're looking for:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid state NC OT license
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn new techniques.
• Experience in pediatrics is preferred, but strong candidates with a desire to specialize in pediatric care will be considered!

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
