Located in Southwest Michigan, Cassopolis Family Clinic Network (CFCN) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality healthcare to uninsured and underinsured individuals in our communities. What You Will Do

As a Peer Recovery Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders on their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use lived experience to engage, support, and empower patients in recovery
  • Conduct brief interventions and connect patients to treatment and recovery services
  • Assist patients in overcoming barriers and accessing community resources
  • Provide case management to help patients set and achieve recovery goals
  • Support relapse prevention planning and recovery education
  • Coordinate and monitor Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) appointments
  • Collaborate with care teams to address psychosocial needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
  • Provide support during patient crises and communicate changes to the care team

What You Will Bring

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be in active recovery from substance use disorder for at least two (2) continuous years and willing to share lived experience
  • Experience navigating substance use treatment and recovery services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer, documentation, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Knowledge of recovery principles, stages of change, and person-centered care
  • Relevant certifications (or willingness to obtain):
  • Michigan Certified Recovery Coach (MCRC)
  • Certified Peer Recovery Mentor (CPRM)
  • CADC (or development plan)

Pay: $19.98 - $27.00 per hour
