About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic and people-focused P&C Business Partner to support our Shared Services functions, including Finance, IT, Engineering, Contact Centre and Supply Chain. This is a genuine business partner role with strategic impact, where you’ll support functional leaders to drive engagement, performance, and talent management across multiple teams.

Reporting to our Head of People & Culture, you’ll play a key role in aligning Shared Services initiatives with our national people strategy.

Skills and Experiences:
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational HR support to Shared Services leaders and teams.
  • Offer expert guidance on employee relations and industrial relations matters.
  • Lead and support HR projects to deliver continuous improvement across the business.
  • Drive talent strategies and lead and executive change initiatives, including organisational design.
  • Support and implement national People & Culture programs across Shared Services.
What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience as a trusted P&C Business Partner, ideally within a shared services environment.
  • Strong experience managing complex employee relations cases.
  • Demonstrated experience leading change management projects.
  • Proven experience delivering strategic HR initiatives with measurable impact.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
