Job Description
We are looking for an experienced People Development Expert to design, implement, and continuously improve initiatives that support employee growth, capability building, and our overall Learning & Development culture in part- or fulltime (at least 25 hours/week). This role combines strategic thinking with a strong hands-on mentality, ensuring concepts are not only developed but successfully executed.
Key Responsibilities
- You are responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive people development strategies aligned with global business goals
- You identify skill gaps together with relevant stakeholders and define, execute and facilitate targeted training sessions and workshops
- You know how to set up and enable projects like role-based learning paths, upskilling/reskilling initiatives, talent programs etc.
- You evaluate effectiveness of development programs using KPIs and feedback, and continuously improve offerings
- You act as an ambassador and trusted advisor to the People & Culture Team and People Leaders that shape IMSs learning culture
Qualifications
- You have more than 5 years of experience in People Development/Learning & Development (preferably in production/engineering/tech environment)
- You have a strong track record in designing and delivering training and development initiatives that meet diverse business needs
- You show strong facilitation skills in English and German with confidence in delivering trainings and workshops
- You demonstrate hands-on mentality with the ability to move from concept to execution
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are your daily business
- You are pragmatic and solution-oriented, with a focus on achieving tangible outcomes
- You have your primary workplace based in Brunn am Gebirge, with flexibility and willingness to travel to Vienna as required for specific trainings/workshops.
Nice to Have
- You have a certification in Train-the-Trainer or equivalent qualification
- You have gained first-hand experience and/or participated in setting up technical trainings
- You are experienced with modern learning methodologies (e.g., blended learning, digital learning platforms) as well as with LMS and AI based training generating tools

With us you will receive an attractive annual (full-time) gross salary from 60.000 € (plus bonus, KV Metallgewerbe). Depending on your experience, this can also be higher.
