In return we offer several benefits including MIT days, professional development, career development and a flexible working environment.
We are committed to ensuring our workforce reflects the diversity of our ākonga and the rich cultures represented within the local community we serve. We know how important it is for our ākonga and kaimahi to have their culture and values reflected in our way of working and in the people we recruit.
It is an exciting time to be working in tertiary education with lots of change underway, if you are adaptable, responsive to change and keen to get involved in diverse mahi you will enjoy our culture.
