We’re looking for an organized and curious People Operations Intern to join our People team at Spirii!
This is a great opportunity to explore a career in HR and get hands-on experience in People Operations at a fast-paced, international scale-up. You’ll join us for a 3–6 month internship (unpaid) and work closely with our Director of People across a wide range of tasks. While we can’t guarantee a full-time role afterward, we’re always open to future opportunities for the right match!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Help document People processes and internal policies in Notion
- Maintain employee records in our HR systems (like BambooHR and Deel)
- Create and maintain a People Ops calendar of key events (onboarding, APV, bonus cycles, etc.)
- Support compliance checks and mini-audits on pensions, allowances, DSB Gross Salary, etc.
- Assist with onboarding, training coordination, and internal HR comms
- Help prepare reports and support monthly People KPIs and dashboards
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in progress (HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or a related field)
- Someone structured, detail-oriented, and curious about how HR works behind the scenes
- A proactive mindset — you love organizing, documenting, and improving things
- Great written communication skills and fluency in English
- Comfortable with tools like Notion, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets
Bonus Points If You…
- Know a bit about Danish labor law, HR systems, or employment processes
- Have experience with project or process documentation
- Enjoy using tools like BambooHR, Deel, or Notion
- Are interested in green tech, people-first companies, or culture building

- Supporting with internal initiatives around engagement, onboarding, and wellbeing
This internship is based in Copenhagen, and since we work in an international environment, fluency in English is required.
