  • Demonstrated experience and success in a similar role, ideally within early learning
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in all aspects of contemporary industrial and employee relations practice, including relevant legislation and Awards
  • Proven track record in managing formal complaints and conducting investigations
You will have:
  • The ability to build strong relationships with a range of different internal and external stakeholders
  • Effective problem-solving, negotiation, conflict resolution and influencing skills to navigate, guide and resolve complex people issues to an outcome
  • The ability to think outside the box, be creative, solutions focused and collaborative
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Sound time and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple cases within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • A professional, positive and polished approach, with the ability to deal with people in a variety of situations and levels
  • The ability to work with compassion and empathy as well as resilience
  • A team player with a ‘can do' attitude who is happy to muck in to help and support the broader team
  • Supportive and positive, and a strong leader in your own right
  • Wanting to grow your career and immerse yourself in continuous learning.
If you would like to be a part of a growing team and a group that is a leader in the sector, please apply!
