Description:
What You'll Do

• Deliver seamless onboarding and employment documentation that creates exceptional first impressions
• Coordinate employee lifecycle changes while maintaining accurate HR records and systems
• Support compliance through work rights, visa sponsorships and employment checks
• Partner with leaders and employees to provide responsive, people-focused HR support
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the employee experience

Skills and Experiences:
About You

• Experience in People Services, HR Administration or HR Coordination within a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
• Confidence using HRIS platforms and managing confidential employee information
• Passion for creating positive employee experiences while continuously improving processes
