We are seeking a skilled and dependable Surgical First Assistant to work alongside a high-volume facial plastic surgeon in Greensboro

This is a per diem position with a structured 90-day trial period, with potential for expanded long-term opportunities based on performance and fit.

Position Overview

The Surgical First Assistant will:

• Assist in outpatient facial plastic and reconstructive procedures
• Anticipate surgeon needs and maintain efficient operative flow
• Support sterile field setup and turnover
• Maintain consistent knowledge of surgical workflow and case preferences

Compensation Structure

• Competitive per diem rate
• 90-day evaluation period
• Consistent weekly surgical schedule

Ideal Candidate

• CSFA, RNFA, or highly experienced surgical assistant
• Strong familiarity with outpatient surgery
• Highly organized and efficient
• Calm under pressure
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
