Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

Shift: 5PM to 2:30AM (IST)

About the Role:

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in driving measurable results, improving ROI, and scaling campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads
• Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• A/B test creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to improve performance
• Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend
• Collaborate with design and content teams for high-performing creatives
• Generate regular reports and dashboards for performance tracking

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in performance marketing
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager)
• Experience in campaign optimization and scaling
• Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models
• Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
• Good communication and reporting skills

Good to Have:

• Experience with LinkedIn Ads or other paid channels
• Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
• Basic understanding of SEO and landing page optimization
