Key Responsibilities:

 Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) & Google paid ad

campaigns across multiple objectives (lead generation, conversions, sales, brand

awareness, traffic, etc.).

 Should have hands-on experience in LinkedIn Ads and email marketing as well.

 Conduct daily performance monitoring and ensure campaigns meet KPIs and ROI

targets.

 Manage ad creatives, targeting, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and budget

allocation.

 Analyze data, prepare performance reports, and provide insights to improve

campaigns.

 Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in

performance marketing.

 Coordinate with internal teams (creative/content/strategy) to implement data-backed

improvements.

Requirements:

 3-4 years of proven experience in Meta & Google Ads, Linkedin ads, Email

Marketing.

 Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience insights, funnels, and

attribution.

 Ability to work with performance metrics such as CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, etc.

 Experience with remarketing, custom audiences, and pixel setup is a plus.

 Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

 Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
