Performance Marketing Manager – Ecommerce Ads

Location: Mumbai / On-site

Spectadors is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with strong experience in Amazon Ads & Flipkart Ads to manage and scale advertising campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage & optimize Amazon Ads & Flipkart Ads campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, conversions & budgets
• Conduct keyword research, bidding strategy, and campaign optimization
• Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights & reports
• Work closely with creative & ecommerce teams to improve ad performance
• Manage multiple client accounts and drive growth objectives

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in Amazon Ads & Flipkart Ads
• Good understanding of ecommerce performance marketing metrics
• Experience with campaign setup, optimization, reporting & scaling
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
• Ability to manage budgets and improve ROI/ROAS

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Knowledge of Shopify / Ecommerce ecosystem
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT / Claude for analysis, reporting, and workflow efficiency

Looking for someone who is performance-focused, analytical, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple ecommerce brands.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

• Facebook Advertising: 1 year (Required)
