WHAT YOU’LL DO
You contribute to customer value, consideration, omni traffic and sales, in your region by driving digital performance across paid performance channels. You lead day-to-day optimization and execution through agency partners, ensuring strategic alignment and profitable growth. Through cross-functional collaboration and a customer-first mindset, you support omni-channel performance and bring global strategies to life at a regional level.
You will:
- Drive customer development and incremental sales growth across the region through performance media channels (including Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, Paid Search, and Affiliate Marketing)
- Collaborate closely with the global performance manager and channel experts to align with global strategies and frameworks.
- Lead regional agency teams to ensure execution aligns with customer, brand, and media goals.
- Manage the regional portion of the global performance media budget, including revenue, traffic, and ROI forecasts.
- Optimize media investments across channels and countries, focusing on profitable sales and acquisition goals.
- Identify customer growth opportunities in collaboration with regional and local Customer Activation teams.
- Ensure performance strategies are tailored to regional needs while grounded in global direction.
- Set and track ROI targets in partnership with Media Managers, Paid & Owned Media Leads, Controllers, and Sales Managers.

The Customer Activation & Marketing function creates seamless and inspiring journeys that attract new customers, increase traffic (digital and physical), and elevate our brand. We work cross-functionally to translate data and insights into holistic plans—from communication and campaigns to membership strategies.
The Media function drives customer engagement, brand growth, and sales through impactful strategies across paid, performance, and owned channels.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with…
- A degree in marketing, communications, business—or 7+ years of experience in a performance marketing role.
- Strategic and hands-on experience across performance media channels, including SEM, Social, Affiliate, and Display.
- Proficiency in ad platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, affiliate networks).
- Experience managing large media budgets and leading complex, cross-functional teams.
- Advanced skills in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Looker Studio, Power BI, and MMM platforms.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional European languages such as German are a plus.
