Are you sharp, organised, and knowledgeable about golf? We’re seeking a Personal Assistant to support a busy professional with a wide range of responsibilities. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, flexibility, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Golf Management:
- Entering tournaments, organising schedules, handling forms, and booking occasional flights for golf events.
- Travel Planning:
- Creating itineraries, managing diaries, and booking travel and accommodation.
- Property Business Support:
- Coordinating with contractors and assisting with light admin for a small portfolio of commercial properties.
- Airbnb Management:
- Overseeing one Airbnb remotely, liaising with the on-site management team and guests.
- Expense Reporting:
- Managing expense reports and coordinating with tradespeople
What We’re Looking For:
- Golf Knowledge: Strong golf knowledge (this is essential and non-negotiable).
- References: Two references from previous clients.
- Location: Ability to commute occasionally to East Lothian for face-to-face meetings (infrequent due to client travel).
