We are looking for a self-motivated individual to provide high-quality support services as a Personal Assistant to the Regional Manager Lower North Courts and Tribunals, Regional Service Delivery.
The Lower North Region's Courts and Tribunals is a diverse and busy unit responsible for operations of the District Courts held within the lower half of the North Island, including the Chathams in addition to the Tribunals based in Te Whanganui a Tara/Wellington.
As the Personal Assistant to the Regional Manager L Courts Lower North Courts and Tribunals, you will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to provide a range of excellent administrative and secretariate services to support and work closely with a high-achieving, results-driven Regional Manager and Senior Advisor. You will be confident engaging frequently with senior managers from the Lower North Region and across the country – both internal and external to the Ministry.
Ō pūkenga/Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a secretariat or administrative role is essential.
Additionally, you will be someone with:
- Strong working knowledge of the MS Office suite – especially for diary, calendar and inbox management
- An eye for detail to read and provide accurate, clear and timely administrative support services
- Excellent time-management skills and is super organised to deliver within set deadlines
- Ability to understand and manage information – including that of a complex or confidential and sensitive nature
- Ability to multi-task, reprioritise and triage the day's tasks
- Strong communication and relationship skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders, including senior leadership and judicial officers
- A great attitude to listening, learning and playing a crucial role in supporting the success of the Northern Region Courts and Tribunals.

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The appointing salary for this role will be between $58,729 and $80,794 based on skills and experience.
