Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the [Managing Director/Executive/Individual]. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring effective time management.
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and communication on behalf of the executive.
- Arrange travel itineraries, visas, accommodation, and transportation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Maintain organized filing systems and records (digital & physical).
- Assist with personal errands, reservations, and household coordination when needed.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Ensure follow-up on important tasks, deadlines, and commitments.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Perform other administrative and personal support duties as assigned.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital tools.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory).
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and flexible approach.
Work Environment:
- Full-time role with flexibility to work beyond standard hours if required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Language:
- English (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
