About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide support to the Service Manager and Clinical Heads of District Wide Mental Health Services. The Service Manager for District Wide has a complex portfolio of multiple specialist services, that are based across four sites serving wide geographical areas.

Primarily you will be based at Lambie Drive however, flexibly and mobility across sites and service will be required. You would be part of a busy environment where your pro-active organisational skills and administrative support will ensure the smooth running of the service. You will undertake a range of tasks ranging from diary management, organising meetings, assisting with report preparation, orientation of new staff and involvement in quality improvement activities to name a few.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday based at 6/17 Lambie Drive.

About You

Reporting to the Service Manager, District Wide Services, you will be required to communicate with staff and leadership at every level of the organisation and across services. You will also be required to liaise with staff and leadership from external organisations and agencies.

We are looking for a high performer with initiative, someone who can remain calm under pressure and who has exceptional organisational skills and a passion to work within a service which is committed to promoting and improving positive mental health and wellbeing in our community.

What will you bring;

  • 2–3 years’ experience as a PA or in a senior support role
  • Strong time management, organisational skills, and ability to multitask
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Visio, and Outlook)
  • Confident report writing and documentation skills
  • A meticulous, high-standard approach to work with strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with administrative processes and system improvement
  • A positive, flexible, and discreet attitude with a strong drive for results
