The Role
As a Personal Brand Expert Designer at Fordify, you will:

• Lead visual storytelling: Design brand assets, websites, social media content, and marketing materials that resonate with high-performing entrepreneurs.
• Own creative strategy: Translate brand strategies into compelling visual identities that communicate our clients’ values and unique stories.
• Collaborate with the team: Work closely with our branding experts, content strategists, and clients to ensure design consistency and excellence.
• Push creative boundaries: Innovate new concepts, layouts, and approaches to keep our designs fresh, impactful, and ahead of the curve.
• Manage projects: Oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

About You

You’re a top-tier Designer: You have 5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably with a focus on branding, web design, or marketing for high-ticket services.

You’re creative and strategic: You don’t just make things look good—you craft designs with a purpose, aligned to brand goals and target audiences.

You have a strong portfolio: Your work showcases your ability to design for various mediums, including digital, print, and social media. (this is a MUST as Emily is very particular with aesthetics)

You’re detail-oriented: Precision is your second nature, and you deliver flawless designs that exceed expectations.

You’re proficient with technology: You’re a master of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and also masterful experience with tools like Figma and/or Canva.

You thrive in collaboration: You excel at working with cross-functional teams and incorporating feedback to refine your designs.

You don't take feedback personally: You understand that your work is loved and accepted but are also joyfully responsive when feedback is provided to make it world-class.

You’re flexible and responsive: You can pivot quickly, juggle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines without missing a beat.

You understand the audience: Experience designing for entrepreneurs, personal brands, or women-led businesses is a huge plus.

You’re purpose-driven: You align with Fordify’s values of humility, integrity, and service and are passionate about making an impact through your craft.

Salary

$70,000 - $90,000/yr (+KPI bonuses)
