Mō te tūranga - About the role
As a Personal Business Manager in our Branch Network, you’ll play a key role in helping to provide an exceptional customer branch experience. This role is responsible for meeting customer needs through the provision of ANZ's range of Business Banking, Home Loan, Insurance, and Investment products. These outcomes are to be achieved through living the ANZ Values and being competent lenders, with outputs delivered against being well managed, customer outcomes and financial outcomes for ANZ.

Role Type: Permanent, Full time
Role Location: New Market Lending Hub
Work Hours: Sunday to Thursday, working 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 10:00am - 7:30pm on Thursday & 9:30am - 4:30pm on Sunday - 37.5 hours per week

As a Personal Business Manager, you will be accountable for:
- Understanding and meeting the needs of current and potential customers through quality conversations.
- Performing all duties effectively through maintaining an in-depth knowledge of Bank processes, relevant products, and services to identify the needs of business customers effectively and confidently.
- Responsibly providing market leading service
- Working collaboratively with colleagues in branch and across other business units to maintain a broad awareness of other segments business to appropriately refer queries/requests.
- Taking responsibility to ‘know your customer’ from a risk perspective.
- Demonstrating living the ANZ Values with customers and colleagues
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Home Lending capabilities
- Strong Customer Focus
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A positive attitude and growth mindset
- Previous experience in a customer facing position seeking to understand customer needs
- Computer literacy
