Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Personal Care Aide to support an adult male client in a home setting. This role requires someone who is comfortable providing full personal care and can safely perform physically demanding mobility tasks throughout the day. Training is available for committed applicants.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care for a male adult client, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with heavy lifting, full-body transfers, and mobility support (up to 150+ lbs with assistance)
• Support safe use of mobility and transfer equipment
• Monitor, document, and report changes in behavior or health
• Prepare simple meals and assist with daily routines
• Maintain a clean and organized environment
• Offer companionship and daytime engagement
• Follow the client’s individualized care plan
• Communicate updates to supervisors as needed

Schedule

(Subject to change based on client needs)

• Day Shift Only
• Monday–Friday: Full daytime hours
• Saturday: Short daytime shift
• No Sundays, evenings, or overnights

Requirements

• Active driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 150+ lbs with assistance
• Comfortable providing intimate personal care for a male client
• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift
• Strong communication skills
• Consistent reliability and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with male clients in home care, disability support, or long-term care
• Experience with dementia, epilepsy, or mobility limitations
• Experience using lifts, transfer devices, or mobility equipment
