About the Role:
We’re seeking caring and committed Personal Care Workers/AIN’s to join our team at Mill Park Glades Care Community.
What’s on offer:
- Location: Mill Park Glades Care Community, Mill Park
- Employment Type: Permanent part-time, or casual roles available
- Roster: Flexible shifts across a 7-day rotating roster
- Hourly rate: $35 - $37 ph. hourly rate (based on experience & qualifications)
- ➕ Additional Benefits: Penalty rates for weekends and public holidays, 12% superannuation & paid parental leave

Who We’re Looking For:
We welcome applications from individuals with the following:
✔️ Certificate III or IV in Individual Support / Aged Care
✔️ Certificate in Disability
✔️ Nursing students currently studying
