Personal Loan Sales Officer is responsible for facilitating loans for clients, contributing to the company’s revenue and growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing Client Loan Applications: Oversee the entire loan process from initiation to closure, ensuring efficient execution.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Identify and resolve issues related to client loan requests, structuring loan terms, and making informed decisions.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with underwriters, processors, and compliance officers to ensure timely processing and approval of loan applications.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and drive revenue.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in loan origination software, financial analysis tools, and CRM systems is essential.
- Candidates typically need a bachelor's degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,250.00 per month
