Are you a natural communicator with a passion for healthcare innovation? we are looking for a professional and proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to be the voice of our platform. You will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships between our app, medical professionals, hospitals, and the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Institutional Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers to ensure a smooth partnership with us.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent the app at medical conferences, health camps, and community events to increase brand awareness.
- Patient & Doctor Relations: Address inquiries and feedback from both medical staff and patients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
- Networking: Identify and connect with key opinion leaders in the medical field to expand the app’s professional network.
- Crisis Management: Handle any public-facing issues or grievances with diplomacy and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,466.61 - ₹33,861.15 per month
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Language:
- Gujarati, Hindi, English (Preferred)
