Position Overview
We are seeking a female Personal Secretary (age 25–30) to provide direct administrative and operational support to the Hospital Managing Director (MD). The role involves both in-office coordination and limited field work, including financial collections related to our homecare services. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and capable of handling confidential matters with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the MD’s daily schedule, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and follow up on administrative tasks, ensuring timely completion.
  • Coordinate between hospital departments and external contacts on behalf of the MD.
  • Conduct occasional field visits for hospital-related matters, including cash collection from homecare service patients and delivery of official documents.
  • Monitor ongoing projects, update progress reports, and escalate issues as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive hospital and patient information.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Female candidate, age 25–30 years.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a secretary, executive assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
