We are hiring for an existing vacancy for a Personal Training Director.
This role focuses on personal training sales, member consultations, and supporting trainer performance in a fast-paced gym environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct fitness consultations and assessments
- Recommend personal training programs
- Drive PT sales and member engagement
- Support and oversee trainer performance
- Maintain a positive and professional training environment
Compensation
- $17.60/hour (minimum wage)
- Paid overtime for approved overtime worked
- Commission-eligible role (reasonable expected range: $0–$2,000/month)
- Eligible for performance bonuses under the compensation plan
Schedule
Split shift:
- Monday–Friday: 9 a.m.–1 p.m. and 4 p.m.–8 p.m.
- Saturday: 9 a.m.–1 p.m.
Requirements
- Previous experience in personal training, fitness sales, or fitness leadership
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment
