Duties

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments, including technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and high-volume hiring campaigns.
• Source candidates through multiple channels such as social media marketing (recruitment), job boards, networking events, and cold calling to generate a diverse pool of qualified applicants.
• Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate skills, and evaluate cultural fit to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
• Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR systems like UltiPro to streamline recruitment workflows and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Negotiate employment offers, coordinate onboarding activities including employee orientation and training & development programs, and facilitate employee evaluation processes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruiting agencies, educational institutions for campus recruitment, and internal stakeholders to support succession planning and talent management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment & labor law in all recruiting activities while adhering to HR legal standards.

Experience

• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting within human resources or talent acquisition roles.
• Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication skills to engage candidates effectively.
• Demonstrated ability in high-volume recruitment environments, including technical roles or specialized positions requiring targeted sourcing strategies.
• Knowledge of employment law related to talent management, employee relations, and HR legal compliance.
• Experience in social media marketing (recruitment), research techniques for candidate sourcing, and lead generation strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
