• Supervising and Managing Staff:Assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing training, and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
• Scheduling and Dispatching:Coordinating service calls, adjusting schedules based on workload, and managing technician availability.
• Inspecting and Assessing:Conducting site visits to identify pest problems, assess the severity of infestations, and determine appropriate treatment methods.
• Developing Treatment Plans:Creating customized pest management strategies, including integrated pest management (IPM) approaches, and ensuring effective pest eradication.
• Ensuring Compliance:Maintaining accurate records of service reports, customer information, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Customer Relations:Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
• Inventory Management:Overseeing the procurement and maintenance of pest control supplies and equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
