Green Beagle Lodge is seeking a confident, team-oriented Client Care Supervisor to help lead and support our Client Care team. As a luxury pet care facility, we offer resort-style daycare, boarding, grooming, and training services in a uniquely off-leash, pack-focused environment. Our reputation throughout Chapel Hill is built on intentional care, safety, and an elevated client experience. This role plays a key part in delivering that every day!

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment and takes pride in leading by example. We are seeking a career-oriented dog enthusiast to provide knowledgeable care to our community. You’ll be responsible for supporting daily operations, mentoring team members, and ensuring both pets and their people receive exceptional service.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver a consistently excellent client experience at every touchpoint
  • Oversee shift operations and provide leadership to Client Care Specialists
  • Assign and delegate daily tasks to keep the team organized and efficient
  • Handle POS transactions and payment processing with accuracy
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
  • Support team development through guidance, coaching, and accountability
  • Utilize industry software systems to manage bookings and client information

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in shift leadership or team supervision
  • Experience with dog handling is highly desired but can be trained
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Confidence in managing both team members and client interactions
  • Experience with payment handling and POS systems
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • A genuine passion for animals, people, and doing the right thing
  • Ability to stay organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
