Pet Travel Consultant – Sales-Focused Role

Location: Dogtainers, Eagle Farm QLD 4009

This is an office-based role working from our Eagle Farm office.

At Dogtainers, we make pet travel seamless, safe, and stress-free. We are looking for dynamic, sales-driven consultants who think outside the box, find solutions where others see roadblocks, and excel at closing deals—without cold calling!

What You Will Do:

• Convert inquiries into bookings through expert consultation.
• Provide creative solutions to complex pet travel needs.
• Manage end-to-end pet travel arrangements with care.
• Handle customer calls & emails efficiently and professionally.
• Stay calm and problem-solve during unexpected travel situations.

Who You Are:

• Sales-oriented with a proven ability to close deals.
• Results driven with strong focus on meeting and exceeding KPI's, using data to track performance and optimise outcomes.
• Resilient, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• A creative problem-solver who sees opportunities, not obstacles.
• Strong communicator, proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in sales, travel, logistics, or freight forwarding? That’s a plus!
